Advertised as “America’s Largest Free Arts Festival”, Artscape definitely attracts a large number of attendees that, at least this year, spent most of their time searching out shade and watering themselves down at the many cooling stations throughout the show.

The ninety-plus degree weather didn’t seem to keep the attendance down with, unsurprisingly, the peak number of visitors were in attendance later in the day when the bigger headliner musical acts were scheduled.

The arts/crafts/fashion sections of the show really are focused to appeal to the diverse Baltimore population . . .
