This isn’t a typical CraftShowNews review of a craft show. In fact, we weren’t able to actually visit the show. CSN received a call from an exhibitor at the 2009 Westport Handcraft Show who was very unhappy with the show and what he/she felt was a case of being misled by the show’s producer. The exhibitor asked CSN to survey the exhibitors and get a feel for whether other artists felt the same way.

The specific complaints this exhibitor had were: 1) that artists weren’t told that the 2008 show had been cancelled, and that this would have significant impact . . .
